I finally tried a magetic nail polish! I wanted to get the Nails Inc. ones back when they first came out at Sephora, but they were too expensive and I don't think I would've used it that often. But lately there's been a lot more cheaper alternatives :)
Here's CG Pull Me Close.. after using it, I don't think magnetic polishes are really for me :( I'm so bad at it, so for a lot of my nails, it would only cover half of it.. you can kinda see what I mean on my ring finger and it's more apparent in person. So I messed up A LOT trying to put these on and had to do each nail a couple of times.. so I probably used up a lot of the polish just from one mani.
Here's a tiny food spam :P
Boneless buffalo chicken ! :D

The magnetic nail polish is so popular right now! : D I think it is amazing that they work so well!
ReplyDeleteIt didn't really work that well for me >__< It took so many tries for each nail.
DeleteI don't think i would have the patience for that polish. It doesn't look too bad tho lol :3
ReplyDeleteOh, that's disappointing about the nail polish. At least the effect looks kinda cool?
ReplyDeleteReally it looks great on you! But if you're talking about what I think you are talking about - where the design stops abruptly, that's because of the size of the magnet! I was informed by a very reliable source (a fellow blogger who is barmy about nail polishes) that you can buy proper, bigger nail magnetic nail plates on ebay for very cheap prices! If you like the effects, they are certainly worth checking out :)
ReplyDeleteYummmmm food spam! Always happy to see it xD
Yepp, that's exactly what I meant! I guess I should've just opted for ebay in the first place instead of spending like $10 for the magnet. I like the effects, but the polish did chip a lot in less than a day for me :(
