Urban Outfitters & Forever 21 Haul

Last week I went shopping on my birthday and picked up a few things ^^ I swear I've been shopping too much this past year D:

I tried to include links to everything I got. I found most of it online, but some of them were sold out.

Anyways, here are the stuff I picked up at Urban Outfitters. I've never gotten any clothing from them before since I was never able to find anything I like that didn't cost a fortune. They had 50% off sale items and here are my picks
byCORPUS Sleeveless Knit Shirtdress (navy)
My friend paid for this one as my birthday gift so thank you <3
Sparkle & Fade Knit Lace Waist Dress (coral) $14.99
Lucca Couture Lattice Waist Tunic Shirt (orange) $14.99
Hawkings McGill Marled Cardigan (sapphire) $14.99
It's a guy cardigan, but it could work just like a boyfriend cardigan or something.
It's not shiny like how it is online though. It measures 12.5"l, 6.875"w, 10.875"h (according to the site, but I can double check if anyone really wants lol) I'm not a big fan of how wide it is though, reminds me of a bowling bag. But I want more bags.. the only decently sized ones I have are like cloth sorta material T__T; And for $10 I didn't want to make a pass.
Glass heart box (sold out online) $2.49
I honestly don't need this, but thought it was pretty.

Next up I have some things from Forever 21. I tried on like 15 things and ended up with these.
The shorts aren't crazy expensive, but I was hoping to find something a bit less expensive and was kinda iffy about the material. But I've been wanting high waisted shorts, so.. went for it.
Scuba Knit Skater Skirt (navy) $13.80
I've been wanting a skater skirt too lately (lol, what don't I want?) There also aIt's not like it suffocates me, but maybe I should've gotten a larger size, hmm..I like the material. It's like a thick smooth/silky material similar to a peplum top I got recently.
Measured flat (XS): waist: 11" Length: 15"
Colorblocked Bow Top (navy/cream) $15.80
Another pricey-ish top, but it was cute :( I already have something that has a similar concept with the bow, but I like bows, so ^^;;

Well that's all I have for now! I'm hoping not to buy too much over the summer because I don't have a job and I'm broke D: But it's hard to resist when I find things that I like.

Urban Outfitters: Lollipop

Hi! I passed by Urban Outfitters the other day so I dropped by because I had a few minutes to spare and found Lollipop on clearance. All the glitter reminded me of an indie polish, so I wanted to get it. Can you believe it's been three months since my last nail post?

Urban Outfitters Glitter (three coats+top coat)

Application: Lollipop was very easy to apply! Just shake it up and you'll be sure to grab a lot of glitter on your brush. You need to shake it to get the hex glitters though. The intensity of the glitter builds up with every coat, so if you don't want a lot of glitter like mine (three coats) then just do one coat over a base color because you'll actually need three coats for the pink to be opaque. I had no problems with streaking or anything.
Color: It's a bubble gum pink with a variety of small blue, green, red, silver, and gold glitters and larger hex glitters. The pink in my photos is slightly lighter than what it is in person.
Overall: I'm very happy with this polish :D I'm actually tempted to go get an extra or something. It started chipping after a few days but most of my nails are still in tact.

My nails are starting to grow out again, so I don't have to hide them as much anymore :P So until next time!

China Glaze: Luxe and Lush

Today I have for you China Glaze's Luxe and Lush from their Capitol Games Hunger Games collection. Banny this one's for you :)

I paired it with this unnamed gold polish that I got in a set from this post.

If I remember correctly, I used three coats of the gold polish and two of Luxe and Lush. I know my camera didn't capture the effects that well, but it glistened in gold/yellow and green at certain angles so it was really pretty.

Removing it wasn't that bad either. You just have to rub a bit and it comes right off, definitely easier to remove than glitter.

Anyways, hope you enjoyed! I have some other haul posts that I'll have up soon :)

Guilty of More Shopping

There were a lot of Easter sales going on in the malls and online! I swear once I start, I can't stop x__x
A&F and Hollister had 40% off everything including clearance. They usually have additional markdowns from clearance, but I can never find anything good. Yesterday I went to the mall to see what they have.
Abercrombie & Fitch Woven shorts $12.90 $7.74
I thought these shorts were very cute and better yet they were pretty cheap! There was another color that I liked better, but it didn't have my size :( I think these would look nice with tights/leggings.
Hollister knit shirt $15.90 $9.54
New York & Company had 50% everything and I needed some more work clothes, so I decided to look around. I saw a few tops that I liked, but when I tried them on, they didn't look as nice on me.

I swear this top looks way cuter in person. It looks a bit scrunched up in the modeled pic, but I just didn't pull it down enough when I took the pic lol
I forgot whose blog it was that I saw Urban Outfitters had their Paint Palettes on sale for $4.99 from $20, so score! :) None of the colors have names though.

Today I went to CVS/Rite Aid and bought a bunch of stuff. I think Rite Aid just opened up at that location, so they had really nice deals.
CVS: Pantene Shampoo Ice Shine & Aqua Light 2/$6.97 - $6 extra bucks = $0.97+tax
I only know that these shampoo doesn't have silicon soo that should be a good thing. There weren't that many reviews online, so I guess I'd have to be the judge myself.
Rite Aid: Aussie 2/$4 I've used the 3 minute miracle before and it was pretty good, so for $2, why not? I haven't used the hair insurance before, but I'm guilty of grabbing cheap leave in conditioners/deep conditioning products all the time.
Nail polish remover were buy one get one free and I was running out.

Bought a few more things online at Hollister...
Hidden Hills (white) $9.54
Boneyard Beach (cream pattern) $7.74
Capistrano (light green) $7.74
I saw sleeping shorts at Gilly Hicks yesterday, but stopped myself from buying it because I felt like I could get something similar but cheaper, even though the material was really nice and soft! So I bought this to make up for it, even though it probably won't be the same material.
Old Town (dark heather gray) $9.54
Tights (dark gray) $5.34
I hope these will fit me!

Okay, I swear that's the end of it for now..the shopping ban has been working up until this point lol...but I'll probably find some excuse sooner or later and buy more again.. at least for the rest of this month, I should restrain myself. I have a few things I wanted to order from Forever21, but... :(
